Journeys we host, journeys we plan.

A small handful of named experiences each year, plus custom journeys built one family at a time. Capacity is limited; the calendar fills early.

Joya hosts a few small-group family retreats each year. The rest are custom journeys, for any group worth gathering.

Featured journeys

Three on the horizon.

Each Joya retreat is capped at 10–12 families. We open dates twelve to eighteen months ahead; most fill within weeks of launch.

Inspiration · by occasion

When you'd like to go.

Most journeys come with a window. A school break, a milestone, a long weekend with the right people. A few starting points for the trips we plan most.

Or, plan your own

A journey just for your group.

Most clients don't want a group tour. They want a private one, designed around the rhythm of their people and their week. Joya plans roughly thirty custom journeys a year. Tell us where you're dreaming of, and we'll build it.

Camps · around the world

A local camp, in your other country.

Many of the families we plan for have roots in two places. We curate immersion camps in heritage destinations, and handle the logistics, the language, and the small things that make a camp actually work for visiting kids.

— India

Hindi & Mumbai arts.

Language immersion camps in Pune and Bengaluru. Performing-arts camps in Mumbai. Two-week to month-long programs.

— Israel

Hebrew & kibbutz stays.

Family-friendly kibbutz programs, sleepaway camps in the Galilee, and day-camp options in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.

— Kenya

Swahili & safari camps.

Conservation and wildlife camps for older kids; family-camp formats that mix Nairobi homestays with mobile-camp days in the Maasai Mara.

— Spain

Spanish, surf, and jamón.

Spanish-language camps in Valencia, surf camps in San Sebastián, family-friendly programs in Mallorca and the Costa Brava.

— Mexico

Bilingual camps, Oaxaca.

Spanish immersion, craft and cooking camps in Oaxaca, and family-coastal camps along the Pacific.

— Italy

Italian, opera, soccer.

Tuscan ranch camps, language immersion in Florence and Bologna, junior football academies in the north.

Stay in the loop

New camps, every season.

We add curated camps to this list a few times a year, by season. Join the letters list to hear about new programs first, and to tell us where you'd like one.

We'd love to hear from you.
